Our hound dog Sweet Thing and I are both looking forward to spring weather.

On a positive note, the cold weather has helped me get a head start on spring cleaning. I never want to do this when the weather is pretty!

Not to worry, warm weather is just around the corner and the edamame seed is ready.

Whether you grow it in a pot, a raised bed, or in a field, soy is an amazing food.

Not only can you grow your own protein but you can likewise grow your own snack food!

March’s whole soy recipe of the month is soy milk.

What’s not to love about soy milk?

Growing up in the Delta surrounded by soybean fields I didn’t think much about what I ate.

Glad this old dog still has the capacity to learn.

I also hope the March floods are behind us.
