We want our customers to be both healthy and happy! The FAQs below will help answer your most frequent questions.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 48 contiguous states within the U.S. (We cannot ship seeds to Idaho).

When do you ship?

Please be patient with us. We are a small family-owned business. We hand-pack all of our products and ship once a week. All orders placed by 11AM Eastern Time on Mondays will ensure same-week shipping.

What are your shipping rates*?

Dried beans ship at a flat rate of $4.95.

We use flat rate shipping rates for all seed packets as well. (Seeds are only available December-July.)

To keep shipping costs low, seeds may be sent in multiple packages.

We are a small farm business and will ship once each week. Thank you for supporting small farmers!

Please make sure that your address is correct.

We cannot be responsible for the non-delivery of packages with incorrect addresses.

Which carriers do you use?

USPS and UPS.

What should I do if there is a problem with or damage to my shipment?

Let us know your problem and we will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

What if I forget my account password?

After clicking the Sign In link on the homepage, you can click Forgot Password? To send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

It is not possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You will have to create a new account using your updated email address.

Return Policy

B & B Legacy Farms will provide a replacement order (based on inventory) OR a credit for unsatisfactory seeds within 6 months of date of purchase. All products purchased online require the valid order number for product replacement OR credit.

B & B Legacy farms cannot accept responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses or product losses caused by extreme weather, acts of God, neglect, or for cultivation outside of USDA growing zone recommendations.

We will work with you to address and respond to any problems you may encounter.
