Located on State Highway 37 near the Cache River, Beedeville’s first settler arrived at around 1866.
Beedeville citizens elected to incorporate as a town in 1963. By this time, the timber industry had cleared most of the hardwood trees.
Beedeville became an agricultural community by the end of the twentieth century. The principal crops at that time were soybeans and rice.
Beedeville remains a productive agricultural community in 2021. Local sights are provided below.
