October Recipe of the Month: Twist on Tried-and-True Family Recipes

Fall is the perfect time for soups and harvest salads!

The Perfect Meal Plan: Your Comfort Food Recipes + Soy = Soylicious ™ dishes from your kitchen.

Cooked Soy + Freezer = Unlimited Opportunities

Use your tried-and-true family recipes with a new twist: soybeans!

STEP 1.

Use the recipe found under the B & B Soy Kitchen tabCooking Techniques. Cook your dry soybeans as directed.

Then, rinse and freeze cooked soybeans.

STEP 2.

Pull the frozen whole soybeans from the freezer and add a few to a range of dishes every week.

LOOK what YOU can do!

Chilli with Soybeans

Vegetable Soup (with soybeans)

Baked Soybeans.

Whole soybeans are nutrient-dense.

Soy is a complete, plant-based protein, which means they freeze well and don’t go to mush like their higher starch legume cousins (at least that is what I have decided!)

Be creative. Be traditional.

Be intentional.

It’s easy.

You and your family deserve the best!
